Fishing

Our tranquil woodland area is surrounded by footpaths and picnic areas. This area is fenced off with gated access to deter young children from wandering down unsupervised. The ponds are to be stocked with coarse fish, fishing of these ponds is exclusive to holiday guests, with no charge (but you will need a rod licence obtainable from any post office) fish stocks are regularly maintained.
A commercial trout fishery is within a mile away of our holiday cottages.
There are other lakes to fish within the area, river fishing include the Teifi, Aeron, Rheidol and Ystwyth where in season you can catch trout, salmon and sewin.
Sea Angling Cardigan Bay is renown for its bass, black bream, from the shore or charter a boat.
