We do everything we can to ensure your safety during your stay at Brenni Farm Holidays. However, this is a farm and there are hazards - most of which can be avoided by simple common sense on your part.  We have done our best to secure hazardous areas and to post signs indicating major hazards. 

As this is a Farm you are also responsible for your own safety.  

In particular you need to be aware that, in this respect, your responsibilities relate to activities you or any member of your party may be involved in while staying at Brenni Farm Holidays, including activities on-site at Nant Y Brenni, or at any other location you visit during your stay.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for any personal injuries or illnesses affecting you or any members of your party or injury arising during or after your stay at stay at Nant Y Brenni irrespective of the cause or apparent cause of such illness including personal injuries or illnesses contracted as a result of participating in activities at Nant Y Brenni or visitor attractions located elsewhere that we may have recommended to you. In addition we do not accept responsibility for theft or loss of your personal possessions either from your motor vehicle while parked at Nant Y Brenni (including the motor vehicle) or from the accommodation we provide, and you must ensure that you have adequate insurance to protect your possessions away from your normal home.
