Prices are per unit (4 or 8 person) based on the seasons (see below). Due to increasing overheads unfortunately we have had to increase our rates for the remainder of the 2005 season (from September 2005).  These rates will also be valid for bookings during 2006. Special Offers may be availabe - please telephone to enquire.

What's Included

Tea, coffee and sugar with milk to enable you to make a hot drink on your arrival before you start to unload the car! 

Kitchen basics including washing up liquid, washing up brush and scourers, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets, hand-soap; corn oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.  At Christmas and New Year we provide additional goodies.

Bed-linen and Bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.  One toilet roll per bathroom.

If you are staying more than one week, the cottage will be cleaned at the end of the first week - including fresh linen.

Logs for the wood-burning stove - one full basket on arrival.  Further large bags of logs available at £2.50 per bag.

What's not included

Electricity and Central Heating Oil are metered and payable separately at the end of your stay.

Pets
£23.50 each per week (£27.5 per night for short breaks) excluding assistance dogs for the registered disabled. (please see Terms and Conditions).
