Brenni’s country cottages are situated in mid Wales just 4 miles from the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline, with the foot hills of the Cambrian Mountains 12 miles behind.

The Cambrian Mountains are one of Wales better kept secrets, containing spectacular mountains and large wooded valleys which joins the two National Parks – The Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia National Park. The local market town Newcastle Emlyn is just 6 miles away, Cardigan Bay 10 miles, Aberaeron the picturesque harbour town 14 miles – all containing pubs, and quaint Shops. It’s 22 miles to the town of Aberystwyth, a seaside town with a large shopping centre. Lampeter is a market town, and there is Tregaron at the foot hills of the Cambrian Mountains.
There is whole host of things to do from this tranquil holiday cottage, from coastal paths to mountain walks, sea angling, river fishing, pond fishing. Bring your own pony/ horse on holiday! With miles of bridal paths there is always a different direction to head towards, or use one of the many trekking centres within the area. Cycling with mile after mile of country lanes or purpose built cycle tracks, or maybe you prefer the more adventurous mountain bikes, a challenge for any off roader. Visit one of the many steam railways within the area, play a round of golf, go bird watching red kites and a host of other birds or just relax and read a book.
Bed & Breakfast
Within the farmhouse we do bed & breakfast. The accommodation consists of a double room and a twin room both having stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Both these rooms have their own individual bathrooms. A full English breakfast is served in the farmhouse’s dining room and then you are most welcome to enjoy the faculties of the rest of the complex.
Holiday Accommodation
The cottage which is the original period farmhouse is stone built with a slate roof, it is finished to a very high standard, and it is equipped for eight persons. This is versatile self catering accommodation, you can hire it with either 2 bedrooms, 1 room containing a double bed, 1 room containing twin beds or with a third bedroom on suite, containing 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. Cot provided if required. The cottage is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive, and we expect them to be left reasonably clean and tidy on departing.
Oil fired central heating, electricity, 50 units included in the weeks hire (additional units charged for at end of holiday). If required there is a log fire with 1st day’s logs provided free of charge additional logs can be purchased.
Bed linen is supplied and changed weekly for the person stopping for more than a week. Towels, tea cloths are supplied but we ask you to supply your own towels for the beach etc. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, toasters, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for eight persons. Television in the lounge with Free-view channels. For the comfort of all guests we operate a no pets, no smoking indoors policy.

A Second Barn Conversion (to be opened in the Spring 2011)
Brenni Holiday Cottages is expanding with a two bedroom cottage – one double, a second room with two single beds accommodation over two levels finished to a high standard with oil fired heating. Some walls with Intria stone work exposed, kitchen dining area with sitting room to one end, with its own private garden barbecue area.
