| | Farmhouse Accommodation
Our refurbished 18th century farmhouse with full Central Heating
provides comfortable accommodation full of character and charm, suitable for holidays and business
visits. The reception rooms and bedrooms are
tastefully furnished with co-ordinating decor, and afford magnificent panoramic
views of the surrounding countryside. Added to which the excellent
housekeeping, friendly welcome, and freshly cooked farmhouse breakfasts, have
resulted in 4 star grading being awarded by Wales Tourist Board.
All rooms feature exposed beams and have colour TV (one with VCR
player), radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, electric underblankets,
and hair-dryer. Rooms have full CH
and supplementary electric fan heaters just in case you want extra warmth after
the CH goes off! All bedrooms have a private or
en-suite spa/whirlpool bathroom - two with
shower over bath.
Board games, playing cards and books are available for your amusement.
Various packages are available from one night stops to short or
longer breaks on a B&B basis.

Bathrooms |
The Farmhouse has two private bathrooms. One with luxury
spa bath and shower over, and the other
with a corner bath with shower
attachment. The bathrooms are allocated to the bedrooms on a first-come
first-served basis, and for the duration of your stay are for your sole use. Both are just a few
steps away from the bedrooms and we provide bathrobes to ensure your privacy
and comfort. The Family bedroom, annexed to the Cottage, has a
luxury en-suite whirlpool bathroom with
shower over.

Double Room |
Enjoying panoramic views over the
countryside, this spacious room has a new pine bed with low foot board
suitable for taller visitors; pine bedside tables with reading lamps. There is a seating area for
viewing
the TV or enjoying the panoramic views, and plenty of space for a cot or childs
bed. If you require a child's bed or cot, please ask.

Twin Room |
This room enjoys double aspect panoramic views to the front and side of the farmhouse, and
has comfortable new pine beds and bedside table. We challenge you to
find the horse hidden in decor!
| Single Room
The delightful single room overlooks the gardens and
is ideal for an older child or a grand-parent accompanying you on your
holiday. This room shares the private bathroom with either the double or
twin room and is therefore only let to a member of a party/family
occupying the double and/or twin rooms. Bathrobe provided.
The single room can be booked with a private bathroom, but the rate may
differ.
Whenever possible we accommodate single bookings in the twin bedroom so that you have more
space at no extra charge. This depends upon season and is not
guaranteed.

Family Room
Annexed to the recently renovated original, and much older, farmhouse this room has been awarded 5 stars and is truly delightful.
Enjoying views over the fields and lakes it provides level access, parking
and patio area with table and chairs. The main bedroom area features
exposed beams and accommodates a double bed, TV/VCR and seating area,
while the full-size (3 ft wide) bunk beds to the side are screened off for
privacy. To complete the picture there is a luxury en-suite bathroom
featuring a whirlpool
bath with shower over.

Family facilities |
Families are welcome and a cot, extra child's bed, high chair and buggy are
available (please specify requirements when booking to confirm availability).
In addition to the annexed Family room, the double and twin rooms in the main
Farmhouse are
ideal for family occupation being located opposite each other on their own landing.
We use Dorma bedding and co-ordinating soft furnishings in all the bedrooms. Again,
the very best quality medium-firm mattresses - mostly Silentnight deluxe
- or better - provide you with maximum comfort and prevent 'roll-together' in the double
beds. We provide one feather and one polyester pillow per person. All beds
have thermostatically controlled electric blankets suitable
for all night use. Extra blankets are also provided in case you need them.
Please note that
all mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors. Please advise if any
member of your party requires waterproof mattress protectors.
Failure to do this may result in an extra charge to cover cleaning and/or
replacement of the affected mattress.
